About Product
GPX (B2B) and Logistimatics (B2C) are two separate product brands. GPX serves enterprise clients with fleet and asset tracking; Logistimatics serves individual consumers and small businesses with GPS tracker products and activation services.
Product Goals
Re-Platforming
Back-Office
E-Commerce
Web App
Problem
Both platforms needed a complete rebuild – admin back-office, e-commerce storefront, and the core web application. The existing systems couldn't scale to serve the growing enterprise client base or deliver the tracking, geofencing, and reporting capabilities that B2B customers demanded. Everything needed to be replatformed: the engine between systems, the customer-facing experience, and the internal tools.
My Role & Scope

Technical Complexity
The hardest part was scale – owning the entire ecosystem across two brands meant every design decision had downstream implications across B2B, B2C, admin, and shared application layers.
Understanding how logistics tracking actually works added genuine complexity: BLE trackers, Wi-Fi positioning, cellular tracking, and the different methods of asset location all needed to be reflected accurately in the interface – from map views to alert configurations to reporting dashboards.
Business Impact
Enterprise adoption
GPX signed major enterprise clients including SpaceX, Airbus, H&M, BMW, Toyota, Caterpillar, etc.
Real-world impact
The platform enables clients to locate and recover stolen shipments. Multiple clients shared direct thanks – with the new platform, they could finally find stolen items that were previously unrecoverable.
Validation
Big-name enterprise adoption combined with genuine client gratitude for tangible outcomes confirms the product is solving a real, high-stakes problem.
