My Role

Product Architect – screens, flows, design system, and UI across three new features.

Feature #1, MicCheck AI

An AI-powered script validation tool that checks podcast ad reads against campaign requirements.

What it does

1. Provides an overall quality score for each ad read
2. Detects missing or incorrect elements (promo codes, sale details, URLs)
3. Flags mispronounced or altered company names
4. Evaluates engagement quality (e.g., "this read may be a bit flat")
5. Checks uniqueness against previous reads (e.g., "this read is very similar to a previous one")

States and flows designed

1. Loading state
2. Success state and success hero
3. Improvements needed
4. Mixed results (e.g., requirements pass but engagement needs work)
5. Different result outcomes
6. Submit anyway vs. submit with additional message for podcaster

Feature #2, AI Transcription

A full transcription tool for podcast episodes with speaker detection and inline editing.

What it does

1. Upload podcast, auto-detect speakers
2. Split UI: side-by-side layout for audio and transcript
3. Speaker management: assign and reassign speaker labels
4. Playback controls: play by word, by speaker, or by section
5. Edit transcript text inline
6. Adjustable playback speed (0.5x to 1.5x)
7. Save, discard, undo, and redo controls

Feature #3, Signup Flow Redesign

A redesigned onboarding experience separating podcaster and advertiser journeys.

What it does

1. Split entry: podcaster vs. advertiser paths
2. Collects role-specific information (name, role, website, phone, campaign details)
3. Plan selection: Growth, Pro, and Enterprise tiers
4. Monthly/annual toggle with 20% annual discount

Outcome

Three distinct features shipped - each solving a different user need within the RedCircle ecosystem. MicCheck AI gives podcasters instant quality feedback before submitting ad reads. The transcription tool turns raw audio into editable, navigable text. The signup redesign routes new users into the right experience from the first click.
